Sip on this summer escape. Meet the Coconut Pineapple Cooler 🥥 a tropical twist on your favourite flavours

Creamy coconut meets juicy pineapple and a touch of lime for a beachy, luxe cocktail made for sun drenched afternoons and golden hour evenings

Ingredients:
• 2 oz coconut rum (or white rum and a splash of coconut cream)
• 3 oz fresh pineapple juice
• dash of lime juice
• 1 oz soda
• Crushed ice
• Pineapple slice for garnish

Instructions: In a cocktail shaker, combine coconut rum, pineapple juice, and lime juice with the ice. Shake well, then pour into a glass filled with crushed ice. Top with soda for a fizzy finish and garnish with a fresh pineapple slice. It’s a tropical escape with no passport required 🍍🏝️
