Delicious Healthy Chinese Cooking at Home - Sharing our best recipes with the world!

Welcome to Lily’s Kitchen. My goal is to share as many as of our family’s recipes with you as we can. My love of cooking and eating a variety of delicious food comes from my parents who love making traditional dishes. The initial purpose of posting my recipes on YouTube was to share healthy, fast and delicious recipes with my friends and family who are just as busy as me, i.e., working mom and dads, caring for both aging parents and raising young children. Then friends wanted more traditional recipes that my parents have been making for generations. What a wonderful idea! These recipes can be passed on for generations and our children can learn then, cook them and be able to enjoy all the wonderful flavors. My parents were super excited about the idea and absolutely loved making the videos to share with everyone. I am blessed to have such talented and hard working parents, and my children are very lucky to have the chance to learn and taste the wonderful food they make every Saturday when we gather for our large family dinners.

We hope you get a chance to try out some of our recipes and post pictures and comments to let us know what you think. We welcome feedback and suggestions and look forward to hearing from all of you!
