To every man and woman who laid down their life so we could live ours in freedom — thank you.
Your courage is the reason we get to raise our families, chase our dreams, and ride under open skies. 🤍🌾

May we never take their sacrifice for granted.
May we live lives worthy of the freedom they protected.

I’ve learned a few things about social media over the years — not just from studying analytics, but from watching REAL businesses grow. 👇

1️⃣ Engagement ≠ ROI.
Some of my quietest accounts are the busiest in real life. The likes don’t always tell the full story.

2️⃣ Know your audience.
You might be surprised by who’s actually following you — check those demographics once in a while!

3️⃣ Traffic will ebb and flow.
Busy months, quiet months… it’s all normal. Stay consistent, not panicked.

4️⃣ Take a stance sometimes.
It’s okay to post something a little spicy 🌶️ — just don’t make controversy your personality.

5️⃣ Sell yourself (with balance).
You still have to tell people what you do! Just mix in value, education, and connection too.

6️⃣ Share your life.
People buy from people. The “behind-the-scenes” stuff is what builds trust + connection.

7️⃣ Mix your formats.
Static, carousel, reels — they all hit different audiences. A good mix = a wider reach.

At the end of the day, social media isn’t about chasing algorithms — it’s about connection, consistency, and clarity. 🖤

🖤 World Mental Health Day🤎

I’ve been through it.
The kind of quiet battles no one sees.
The “I’m fine” when you’re actually hanging by a thread.

This year, I finally stopped pretending — and started treating my mental health like what it is: REAL health.

Not something to tough out.
Not something to ignore.
Not something that will just go away on its own; when I accomplish this goal, or get through this season, or have this many items checked off my to-do list.

I’ve also got a kiddo fighting their own mental and emotional battles… and watching that has changed everything.
It’s made this day hit so, so different.

So here’s to getting help.

To talking about it.
To resting instead of running ourselves into the ground.
To choosing healing over hiding.
To praying and turning to the Lord above every day - because he loves you even when you feel unworthy.
To admitting to ourselves, and our loved ones that we aren't okay, and we need help.

If you’re in the thick of it — I see you. You’re not broken. You're a fighter, and you are loved.
