I love this quote in relation to so many things in life. It's something that I talk openly about with my potential clients. Many of us have trouble letting go of tasks and outsourcing for our businesses. It really does come down to a game of choose your hard and where do your efforts as a business owner best serve you.

In the case of outsourcing your social media marketing - it's hard to let go of the reigns and trust someone to represent and market your brand like you can. - It's also hard to stay on top of all the important things your business needs to succeed like marketing, especially if it's not your forte.
