​Instagram has confirmed it: they are now limiting posts to just 5 hashtags. If you’ve been relying on a block of tags to "save" your reach, this is your sign to pivot. 🔄

​The truth? Hashtags are no longer a growth hack, they are a filing system. They help the AI categorize your content, but they won’t make a bad post go viral.

​What to focus on instead:
✅ SEO rich captions: Use keywords your audience actually searches for.
✅ High value hooks: Stop the scroll in the first 2 seconds.

My name is Lyndsey & I'm The Post Lady! 💌

I started this small business out of a passion for marketing and the desire to be the best mom I could be - which for me- meant working from home with my kids. My experience is all hands-on and online training.
