Kerry-Lynne Findlay has been elected the new leader of the BC Conservative Party after a closely contested leadership race that went through four rounds of voting.

Winning with 51% of the vote, Findlay says she's focused on economic growth, affordability, and what she calls “fundamental change” for British Columbia. More than 25,000 party members participated in the ranked-ballot vote, marking a new chapter for the province’s Official Opposition.
