It’s hard to believe that 12 years have passed since we began this beautiful journey together. Naghiwalay na ata mga idol nating loveteams pero dimagiba parin tayo ✌🏽🥰😇

What started as a spark has grown into a flame that warms my heart every single day.

Over the years, we’ve shared countless memories, faced challenges together, and built a life that feels like home whenever I’m with you.

You are my greatest confidant, my fiercest supporter, and my safe haven. You’ve taught me the meaning of unconditional love.

Looking back on these years, napapangiti nalang ako sa mga milestones na na-achieved natin. Pero di ko parin makakalimutan yung mga puyat days natin, from paload ng unli txt and call sa mga usapang halos di na pinalagpas ang bukas. Lahat yun sulit. 🥰Investment natin yun sa relationship natin. Every one of those moments is etched into my heart.
