Day 1 of my 30-Day Challenge — Why I Started Again
Have you ever reached a point in life where you realize you want something more for yourself and your family?
For many years, my main focus was my family, my children, and my home. I stepped away from my professional life for more than a decade, and during that time, I was grateful to be there for my family.
But slowly, I felt that I had lost a part of myself.
I have a PhD and a background in research, but after being away from my professional life for so many years, my confidence and skills were not the same anymore.
Then I asked myself:
“Is it too late for me to start again?”
And I realized—the answer is no.
Last September 2025, from Canada, I decided to start learning about an online digital business.
I didn't know everything.
I was not an expert.
And I still consider myself a beginner.
But I decided to learn step by step, give myself a chance, and start building something for my future and my family.
So today is Day 1 of my 30-Day Challenge.
For the next 30 days, I want to share my real journey—what I am learning, the challenges I face, the small wins, and how I am growing along the way.
Because sometimes, starting again is not a weakness.
It can be the beginning of something beautiful.
If you are also thinking about starting something new, I hope my journey reminds you:
It’s never too late to start again.
