Have you ever had your studs click off your chain while ridding!? Little bit of stud talk to kick off the morning. Last year I kept hearing some gross metal grinding noise in the rear of my bike after switching to studs. I run a 110 100 90 rear starcross tire ATM and you can imagine the panic when I heard this noise . I run a tacs half moose with a tubliss system from Turple Bros. Ltd. and grip studs from S5 Powersports in RockyMountainhouse.

My problem ended up being that the tire was flattening out just enough for my studs to rub on my chain. My solution last year was to run a heavy duty tube, which did get me through the rest of the season with no issues.

Now of course I forgot all this at the beginning of this year and already had my tire installed with my half moose. So the night before we were to ride in the A.M, I got a idea💡. I removed the side studs that were sticking out towards the swing arm and chain, and reinstalled them with a orientation more pointed in the direction of the rear fender.
Im happy to announce my problem is solved and my tire still has that sweet 3psi feel out there while ridding 🤘🏻😎

Please help. What's better these days ??

Torn between these two cameras. I keep seeing these action 5s when I'm out ridding with people. The only thing I think the go pro 13 has better is 5.3k footage that can be cropt out of the video at slightly better quality. But better low light shots with the action and wireless mic capability ....idk I'm torn between the two 😬
