Treat Day

🎼 It's “Treat Day” and Deborah takes full advantage by snagging a special deal in her building’s tuck shop: a homemade snack and a favored cassette tape – a relic to some, but a welcome time machine for her. Her daily walk becomes a portal to the past as she enjoys the sun on her face and breeze in her hair. The friendly hello of a couple on a park bench. The attention of a friendly dog. The cheekiness of children that charm her candy away. But it’s not all sunshine and lollipops. And we are left to wonder, whose “Treat Day” is it?
