Quinoa Kebab/Tikki✨ Toddler Friendly🫶
This is just perfect to savour your kids taste buds and perfect blend of & and perfect for lunch box too..
Ingredients:-
1 cup boiled quinoa
1 tsp besan (gram flour)
1 boiled potato
Carrot grated
Onion (optional) i didn’t use
Green chilli (if you are making for adults)
Ginger garlic paste (if you are making for adults)
Roasted cumin powder
Amchur powder/chaat masala
Black pepper, salt
Bread crumbs or oats powder
Coriander leaves
Method:-
In a bowl add 1 tsp besan and make paste with few drips of water and the boiled quinoa, boiled potato, chopped veggies of your choice, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, bread crumbs, coriander leaves, spices, salt to taste and mix it together. Form small tikkis/ kebab and pan fry them properly on both sides.
Serve with yogurt or green chutney.Enjoy!😋
