Quinoa Kebab/Tikki✨ Toddler Friendly🫶

This is just perfect to savour your kids taste buds and perfect blend of & and perfect for lunch box too..

Ingredients:-
1 cup boiled quinoa
1 tsp besan (gram flour)
1 boiled potato
Carrot grated
Onion (optional) i didn’t use
Green chilli (if you are making for adults)
Ginger garlic paste (if you are making for adults)
Roasted cumin powder
Amchur powder/chaat masala
Black pepper, salt
Bread crumbs or oats powder
Coriander leaves

Method:-
In a bowl add 1 tsp besan and make paste with few drips of water and the boiled quinoa, boiled potato, chopped veggies of your choice, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, bread crumbs, coriander leaves, spices, salt to taste and mix it together. Form small tikkis/ kebab and pan fry them properly on both sides.
Serve with yogurt or green chutney.Enjoy!😋

Chana Dal aur Rice Flour ka Steamed Fara!✨

This is a popular snack from North of India and also known by many names. I like these Fara because they are high in protein and are steamed. So really healthy.
It has a lip-smacking taste and it’s every bite melts in the mouth instantly.

Fara is a snacks and breakfast recipe but i am making in my early dinner and in my family, everyone loves it.. 🫶

This recipe i did shoot 1-2 year back but some of the reason i didn’t edit and post here so today I scroll my gallery then i saw..

Having fluffy, spongy, melt in the mouth Idli dipped in spicy chutney for breakfast is addictive. It is a healthy choice of breakfast with all required food groups and also for the fact that it’s steam cooked. It is also easily digested thus kids and elderly friendly recipe.
And specially this is rice free so weight-loss can also enjoy..
