Together, Hughs Room and I plan to build back better - including expanding Silverthorn into a studio/second concert venue/rehearsal space in the same building(!). So many possibilities, and the chance to preserve and rebuild the arts in Toronto the only way we can - through professional venues with affordability, inclusivity, vision, and soul.
But - in order to do so, Hugh's Room needs to acquire this amazing 296 Broadview Ave church. They almost have the capital they need to close a deal, but we need your help to get over the finish line - and in classic movie cliche fashion - there's only a week left! Hughs Room are selling bonds with a 4.5% return and flexible terms, that are essentially recession-proof by being designed in partnership with the current church owners. Thats right - even the church owners love Hughs Room and are trying to do whatever they can to help them afford the building, agreeing to guarantee you will get your ROI and your investment back if requested.
