Being a recruiter, I often get insights directly from candidates on what really matters to them, what drives them, and what they are looking for from organizations now.
Gone are the days of glorifying "hustle culture" and the "career grind", candidates are really prioritizing balancing their lives with their careers, their growth, learning, & development, flexibility in hours as well as an organization's impact on the planet.
Some candidates are even hesitant to take on promotions because of the additional work and stress!
This may not be the case for all candidates, however, there is certainly a strong trend moving in this direction! What do you think 🤔 ?
