There’s one skincare step I don’t skip — not because I’m perfect with routines, but because I’ve learned how much consistency matters.

I used to overcomplicate everything… skincare, schedules, even how I approached goals. What’s worked better for me is choosing a few things that actually support me long-term and sticking with them.
