Aromatic Slow Cooked Beef Curry with Coconut Milk & Warm Spices

Ingredients:
~2 lbs beef chuck, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
~1 tablespoon vegetable oil
~1 large onion, diced
~4 garlic cloves, minced
~1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
~2 tablespoons curry powder
~1 teaspoon ground cumin
~1 teaspoon paprika
~1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
~1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
~1 (14 oz) can full-fat coconut milk
~1/2 cup beef broth
~2 tablespoons tomato paste
~1 tablespoon brown sugar
~Salt and pepper to taste
~Fresh cilantro, for garnish

To Serve:
Steamed basmati rice
Garlic naan

Shrimp and Veggie Salad Bowl

Ingredients:
1/2 lb cooked shrimp
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, sliced
2 boiled eggs, halved
1/4 cup sweet corn (canned or cooked)
4 cups mixed greens (arugula, romaine, spinach, etc.)
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper

Instructions:
1. Prep Ingredients:
Slice cucumbers, halve tomatoes and eggs. If shrimp is uncooked, boil or sauté them until pink.

2. Assemble Salad:
In a large bowl, add mixed greens, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, corn, shrimp, and egg halves. Sprinkle sesame seeds.

3. Dress:
Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper. Toss gently and serve chilled.

Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries

Ingredients:
18 to 24 large fresh strawberries
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sour cream
2/3 cup white granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: crushed graham crackers or mini chocolate chips for garnish

Instructions:
Prep the Strawberries
Rinse strawberries and pat dry. Slice each in half lengthwise, then use a melon baller or small spoon to scoop a small hollow in the center of each half. Set aside.
Time: 5 minutes
Whip the Cream
In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
Time: 4 minutes
Make the Cheesecake Filling
In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
Time: 5 minutes
Combine the Mixtures

Ingredients :
1 lb chicken tenders
1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (optional, for a light crust)

For the Spicy Honey Garlic Butter Glaze:
• ¼ cup honey
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• ½–1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to your heat preference)
• Pinch of salt

Instructions :
1. Season the Chicken:
In a large bowl, toss the chicken tenders with garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, black pepper, salt, and flour (if using). The flour gives them a crisp, golden crust, but it’s optional.
2. Sear the Chicken:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the seasoned chicken tenders and cook for 3–4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 74°C).

Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cajun White Chicken Chili

Ingredients:
• Proteins:
◦ 1 lb andouille sausage, sliced
◦ 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
• Vegetables:
◦ 1 cup diced onion
◦ 1 cup diced celery
◦ 1 cup diced bell pepper
◦ 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
◦ 4 cloves garlic, minced

• Broth and Beans:
◦ 4 cups chicken broth
◦ 2 cans (15 oz each) white beans, drained and rinsed
◦ ½ cup salsa verde

• Seasonings:
◦ 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning, divided
◦ 1 teaspoon ground cumin
◦ Salt and pepper, to taste

• Creamy Base:
◦ 1 tablespoon butter
◦ ½ cup sour cream
◦ ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

• Garnishes:
◦ Fresh lime juice
◦ Chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
◦ Sliced green onions

Instructions:
1. Sauté the Meats:
◦ In a large Dutch oven over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil. Sauté the sliced andouille sausage until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
◦ In the same pot, add the chicken pieces. Season with 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside with the sausage.

2. Sauté the Vegetables:
◦ Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the pot. Add the diced onion, celery, bell pepper, and jalapeño. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
◦ Stir in the minced garlic, remaining 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning, and cumin. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

3. Build the Soup:
◦ Pour in the chicken broth and add the white beans and salsa verde. Stir to combine.
◦ Return the cooked sausage and chicken to the pot. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for 15-20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

4. Add Creaminess:
◦ Remove the pot from heat. Stir in the sour cream and grated Parmesan cheese until fully incorporated, creating a creamy consistency.

5. Serve:

Tomato Garlic Salad

Ingredients:
5-6 tomatoes
2 garlic cloves, grated
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and pressed garlic. This will be the dressing
Cut the tomato into large chunks. Then combine the cut tomatoes with the dressing and chopped dill
Season with salt and pepper according to your liking and mix it in gently

Serve chilled and enjoy!
