Here's a healthy tomato soup recipe
ideal for quick healthy, lunch or dinner

Ingredients include
10 ripe tomatoes,
2 large onions,
your choice of fresh herbs,
and a bulb of garlic.

Begin by chopping the ingredients and placing them in an oven tray. Cook in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Separately, roast carrots and celery in olive oil within a large pot.
Add the cooked tomatoes,
tomato paste,
broth (chicken or vegetable),
milk,
and roasted garlic.

Allow the mixture to cook for 15 minutes.

Finish by blending with an immersion blender, resulting in a nutritious and delicious homemade tomato soup.

If preferred, it can be served with the grilled cheese sandwich

For your breakfast, eat a bowl of oatmeal with blueberries and flaxseeds

For lunch, you can have chicken breast 200 gram cooked with your choice of spices in air fryer

For dinner have tofu , the best way to eat tofu is cut it small bite-size pieces . Squeeze some lemon on it, add salt and pepper, and a touch of olive oil
