Sometimes comments overwhelm me when people don’t understand me. And sometimes I get requests for more examples, more interactions—I hear you. But let me share a bit about who I am.

I’ve always been extremely sensitive to energy—mine and others. I sense underlying emotions, intentions, thoughts, and have this ‘wanda-vision’ ability to connect perspectives live and guide conversations. I’ve always had an ability to be very social, but I have also struggled with self-expression. I’ve had issues with enunciation, speaking clearly, expressing myself without superiority and inferiority.

A few years ago, I had a spiritual awakening and committed to my self-love journey. Meditation, psychedelics, breathwork gave me clarity on the reality of our interconnected energy and the dynamic game of balance. I learned how to hone my inner energy (intention, breathing, balance) to influence my outer reality. I have also put a lot of practice into my outer expressions.

This has become my framework. I experience, process, reflect on the nuances of our energy, then create content. I am now selective with social experiences. I am accepting of my sensitivities and am not ashamed to live how I want. I still love people, and I still LOVE a good party. I just need time and space to integrate or else I become chaotic, unable to consciously process and ground what is going on.

It’s not easy for me to share and verbalize these things. But I’ve come so far and I am so grateful and excited. For those who don’t resonate with my messages, that’s okay. Please don’t follow me lol. For those who relate and see, I see you too and I am so grateful for you. The proof of everything I share is in your own experiences. Experiment. - Be Comfortable with Pauses: use pauses to self-regulate, ground your energy to remain conscious
- Breathe Throughout: keeps you grounded in the flow of conversations
- Be Present: it takes courage to be consciously present, but we waste more energy overthinking in live moments
- Ask Questions: genuine curiosity creates organic conversations
