So to clarify I wrote this comprehensive list to actively aid any one who might have health troubles ( specifically of black / brown or medditerean descent ) sage does grow in Africa . This is NOT to be confused with the same sage you see used by First Nations practioners so please do not twist the content .

I think it’s pretty clear as someone who is black both African and Indian( South Asia ) the herbs I suggested are coming from a qualified place as it grows in the continents and countries im from as well .

when you fall out with someone and they say something nasty with conviction

believe thats how they felt and theyve been tolerating you from the jump for some resources of some sort.
that was the only reason they kept you around.

even horrible people have their strong belief systems in place. they will see what then can get out of you. if they cant get anything you offer including progess for them

it says all you need to know.

It’s insane that someone will tell you you’re crossing into closed practices when in fact you grew up in that practice and you are of the ethnic background and orgins where you came from .

Think before you speak this retrograde.
Everyone whose intiated doesn’t put their badge or credentials on the internet for everyone to see

Those who are actually intiated dont need a paper certificate to show you .

The proof is in the blood line , the practice. , the way you carry yourself .

Don’t be fooled by outside merit
There’s plenty of practioners that don’t look the part but they are the part .

They’ve studied for years under people to make sure they were qualified

Personal beef should be best kept to your self
