Just so we’re clear about what kind of coach I am
 😂

Yes, I’m spiritual AF. 🔼✹
Yes, I believe in intuition, energy, alignment, purpose and following the signs.

But I also believe sometimes the sign is:

✹ You’re the problem. ✹ 😂

I will hold space for you.
I will help you reconnect with your intuition.
I will remind you who the f**k you are when you forget.

And I will absolutely call you out when you’re self-sabotaging, making excuses, abandoning yourself or trying to spiritually bypass your way around doing the uncomfortable s**t required to actually change your life.

All lovingly delivered with an inappropriate amount of sarcasm, profanity and dark humour. đŸ–€đŸ˜‚

Because transformation doesn’t always need to be so f**king serious.

Sometimes you need someone who can hold space for your breakdown, help you find the lesson in it
and then make a wildly inappropriate joke before sending you back out there to rebuild your life. đŸ˜‚đŸ”„

So if you want a perfectly polished, love-and-light-only coach

I am probably not your girl.

But if you want spirituality + strategy + accountability + intuition + dark humour + zero tolerance for your own bulls**t

Hi. 👋 I think we just found each other. đŸ”„

A WOMAN WITH HER OWN MONEY IS HARDER TO CONTROL.

That truth makes some people uncomfortable.

Not because financial independence is dangerous: but because a woman with options is harder to corner, pressure, or convince that she has to stay somewhere she has outgrown.

I used to think being “good with money” meant simply paying the bills and keeping everything afloat. It doesn’t.

It means knowing what comes in.
Knowing what goes out.
Having access to your own accounts.
Understanding your debt.
Building a foundation strong enough that one unexpected decision doesn’t bring the whole structure down.

This isn’t about having a perfect income, never needing support, or becoming obsessed with numbers. It’s about awareness. It’s about making financial choices from clarity instead of fear, dependence, or someone else’s permission.

Money won’t solve every problem. But financial knowledge can create room to choose: and choice changes everything.

Some people call that selfish.
I call it owning your life.

Comment OPTIONS: what would having more financial choices change for you?

Because a woman with options is harder to control.

There’s something really weird about watching someone you care about build something from the ground up
 and choosing to stay silent.

That business they started.
The art they’re creating.
The healing they’re sharing.
The dream they finally got brave enough to chase.

You don’t have to buy everything. You don’t have to be their ideal client. Supporting someone costs nothing most of the time.

Like the post.
Share the reel.
Comment something kind.
Recommend them when their name fits the conversation.
Celebrate the damn win. đŸ‘đŸŒ

Because supporting someone else’s expansion doesn’t take a single thing away from yours.

And I will forever be the woman screaming “THAT’S MY FRIEND!!!” from the sidelines while the people I love build the lives they once only talked about.

There is room for all of us.
There is abundance for all of us.

Cheer louder. Support more. Be bigger energy.

We rise together. đŸ€âœš

Your intuition usually knows when your business looks busy but isn’t actually building momentum.

I’ve had seasons where I mistook a full content calendar for a healthy business. The outside looked active. But when I followed the money, I could see exactly where the structure was breaking down.

That’s what the offer-to-income map is for.

It is not a customer journey map.
It is not offer design.
It is not a follow-up audit.
It is not an operating scoreboard.

It answers one practical question , where is revenue actually being created or lost?

Map these five points using last month’s real numbers:

1. Attention : How many people saw your work?
2. Conversations : How many showed a genuine buying signal?
3. Paid offers : How many transactions happened?
4. Delivery : What value was actually exchanged?
5. Repeat and referrals : What created the next pathway forward?

The pattern will tell you more than another week of guessing.

Lots of attention and few conversations may point to a messaging gap.
Conversations with few paid offers may point to a clarity or conversion gap.
Paid offers with little repeat business may point to a delivery or retention gap.

Do the map before you build another offer, post another piece of content, or add another system.

Save this carousel and complete the five-column check-in with your actual numbers. Share it with the business owner who keeps trying to fix the wrong room.

And which room needs your attention first?

Something is happening. And if you feel it, you already know. đŸ”„

Women are remembering.

Their intuition.
Their gifts.
Their power.
Their connection to something far bigger than what they were taught to believe.

The healers are healing.
The intuitives are trusting what they know.
The mediums are speaking.
The witches are reclaiming the word.
The priestesses are remembering who they are.

And maybe the most powerful part?

We’re finding each other.

Across cities. Across countries. Across generations. Women who spent their lives feeling different are suddenly realizing they were never alone.

This isn’t about becoming something new.

It’s about remembering what was already there.

And there are a whole f**king lot of us remembering at once. đŸ”„âœš

Welcome back. đŸ–€

There is something sacred about noticing the quiet ways your inner self kept guiding you through change.

Not the dramatic moments. The ordinary ones.

The version of you who kept answering the message. Made the appointment. Took the next step. Learned the new routine. Chose the least painful option when there were no perfect ones.

You do not have to romanticize what happened to honor how you adapted.

And you do not have to turn survival into your personality.

In deep inner work, gratitude is not pretending the past was good. It is recognizing the intelligence, intuition, and determination that helped you make it through: then allowing those parts of you to become integrated rather than staying in charge forever.

Today, try this:

1. Name one ordinary thing your past self did to keep going.
2. Thank her for the role she played.
3. Remind her that she does not have to lead every decision from here.

Save this for the next time you catch yourself judging who you had to become.

What ordinary thing are you ready to thank her for today: because you are allowed to become more than what carried you?

Sometimes the universe gives you the answer
and you respond by downloading another app.

I have the notebook.
The journal prompts.
The colour-coded tabs.
The saved posts.
The half-finished reflection exercises.

At this point, my personal-growth supplies need their own filing cabinet.

And yet, the one tiny action that might actually help? Still waiting patiently in the corner.

Here’s the gentle truth : collecting tools can feel like progress without asking us to risk change. You don’t need a better system today. You probably need one honest decision and a step small enough to stop negotiating with.

Try this:

1. Choose one tool.
2. Pick one next step that takes less than ten minutes.
3. Do it before collecting anything else.

Because growth is built by what you actually do next. Which tool are you choosing, and what’s your one tiny step?

When your jaw is clenched over one small mistake, notice what your inner voice is demanding:

“Fix yourself. Try harder. Do better. Become someone else.”

I used to treat every misstep like evidence that I needed a complete renovation. One imperfect choice, one missed opportunity, one hard conversation: and suddenly I was questioning the entire structure of who I was.

But compassion is not lowering your standards. It is refusing to use cruelty as a tool for reaching them.

Try this today:
1. Name what happened without making it mean something about your worth.
2. Own the part that is yours without carrying what is not.
3. Choose one clear adjustment instead of launching a full attack on yourself.

This is the work I return to again and again: changing the pattern without turning yourself into the problem. You can take responsibility and still remain on your own side.

What would change if you corrected yourself without abandoning yourself?

Because you are building a life: not punishing a person.

Sometimes the clearest guidance comes when you stop demanding an immediate answer from yourself.

I’ve had seasons where I thought I was behind because I couldn’t decide, act, or see the full path. But the pause wasn’t always a problem. Sometimes my inner wisdom was asking for more information. Sometimes the timing simply wasn’t ready.

Try this grounded ritual today.

Light a candle, set a timer, or make a cup of tea. Let that ordinary object become your reflective anchor.

Then ask:

1. What is ready now?
2. What needs more information?
3. What does not need an answer today?

Write without forcing a revelation. When you’re finished, choose one practical next step : send the email, gather the missing detail, make the appointment, or deliberately leave it alone for now.

That is the work : reflection followed by grounded action. Not prediction. Not handing your power away. Not pretending facts don’t matter.

Your intuition can offer perspective, but reflection does not replace evidence, important conversations, or professional support when you need it.

Save this for the next time urgency starts making decisions for you.

And what is ready for you now ( without needing to be rushed?)
