faced too many problems with this company specially, Elliot. All I can say is strictly avoid this company to save your money and experience.
They try to sell securities not only to outside customers, but to the irregular contractors without letting them know. SGI reality is not licensed under Ontario securities.
This company has caused problems, not only for the customers who are in the court for up to $2 million sue but to the private contractors, he finds from Facebook and lowball them crazy without even looking at the job properly, and later after the work is done, he would file a dispute with the credit card that he paid from. Do not accept credit card payments from this company or Elliot Whyte.
Also, Elliot has been famous for disappearing for two weeks on island parties and later show up in a retaliation mode to challenge the entire job while completely ignoring his availability and project coordination.
