Started off looking a little dull and somehow ended up GLOWINGGGG 😭 Every product I used in this routine did exactly what it needed to do because that final glow?! Yeahhhh. 🤌🏼✨

Our little reset. 🌲🤎

Every year, getting away up north gives us a chance to slow down and just be together. Less service, less screen time, less noise, just family, nature, good food, long walks and the little things we usually move too fast to notice.

But one of my favourite parts of these trips is that somehow, every single time, we do something we’ve never done before. We try something new, go somewhere new, push ourselves a little outside of our comfort zones and remind ourselves that life is meant to be experienced. 🥹

It’s our little reset, but also our reminder to be curious, be adventurous and be a little fearless. To say yes to things we might normally hesitate to do and come home with stories we didn’t have before. 🌿✨

Somehow I always leave feeling a little lighter, a little braver, a little more present and ready for whatever comes next.

Sometimes you really do need to disconnect for a little while to reconnect with what matters. 🤎

Okay Tim Hortons… you got me with this one 😭☕️🤎

The Brown Sugar Protein Iced Latte has officially become one of my GO-TO orders. The protein milk somehow gives it that creamy taste without actually having that heavy creamy feeling?? I DON’T KNOW HOW TO EXPLAIN IT BUT IT’S SO GOOD. 😂

AND can we talk about Tim Hortons Rewards?! Because if you’re already going to Tims and you’re not collecting points… GIRL. 😭 Sign uppppp. The amount of free drinks/rewards I’ve gotten makes it SO worth it.

May September be good to us. 🦋🌸

A month of new beginnings, new opportunities, taking care of ourselves and actually going after the things we keep saying we want.

May we find success without sacrificing our peace.
May we choose ourselves a little more.
May we feel secure in what we’re building.
May we finally START instead of waiting for the “perfect” time.

There are still four whole months left in 2026, that’s a lot of life left to live. 🥹
