Ghosts say hiii! with a book recc ✨

Bibhutibhushan Bandyopadhyay was an Indian writer in the Bengali language. His best-known works are the autobiographical novel, Pather Panchali, Aparajito, Chander Pahar, and Aranyak.

Chander Pahar tells the story of an ordinary young Bengali man, Shankar Ray Choudhuri. The novel captures his adventures through Africa in the years 1909 and 1910. After graduating from college at 20 years old, his family's financial struggles force him to take a job in a jute mill in Shyamnagar — a prospect he absolutely loathes.
