I get it because I’ve been there.

I floated through the unknown, uncertainty, self-doubt and playing small…

And I built you a River with everything that I’ve learned.

P.s. I’ll be dropping real-time updates in this free podcast space all weekend long from a private retreat on a 20-acre property 😍 aka what happens when you trust yourself to play a bigger game!

See you there ♥️

let me be honest: we have seen some truly awful leadership in our lifetime.

and i think it’s made a lot of people want nothing to do with the word.

but here’s what i’ve come to know — real leadership has nothing to do with a title, a stage, or a seat at a table that was built without you in mind.

real leaders are the ones who look at the patterns in their family, their industry, their culture — and consciously choose different. not because it’s easy. because they can no longer pretend they don’t see it.

that quiet decision — to break the cycle, to choose different, to stop performing someone else’s version of success — that is leadership. and most of the people doing it have never called themselves leaders in their life.

if that’s you — i’m talking to you.

The most powerful thing a leader can do is return to who they were before the world told them who to be.

Not who their family needed, who their industry rewarded, not the version of themselves who learned to perform competence in rooms that were never built for the wholeness of YOU.

The one underneath all the noise.

Most leaders never go there because no body gave them permission. It wasn’t rewarded. Nobody showed them that releasing what was handed to them and remembering what was always within them is the most advanced leadership technology there is.

This is what I call returning to your roots. 🌿

It is the process of questioning which of your beliefs are actually yours, following your inner light when every conditioned voice says otherwise, leading from your dharma — your unique soul purpose — instead of the blueprint you inherited.

The Ta**us New Moon on 5/16 is a total reset, asking what are you ready to root into. Sit with these:
🌑 Which of your core beliefs were handed to you — and which did you choose?
🌑 Where are you leading from their blueprint instead of your own truth?
🌑 What would you inner light build if it had full permission?

Mapping what is yours vs. what was inherited is the foundation of everything we do in RICH IN ROOTS.

Nobody tells you that choosing yourself feels like guilt before it feels like freedom.

It looks easy from the outside. The pivot, the boundary, the decision that changed everything.

What they don’t show you is the moment before. The weight of disappointing someone. The voice that says “who am I to want this?”

That voice is not the truth. It is the pattern. And recognising it is the beginning of everything.

This is what I teach in RICH IN ROOTS. And it’s what The Lazy River was built to prepare you for.

This is what you’ve been waiting for.

A space where you can finally exhale and be curious about who you truly are — underneath the expectations, commitments, and scripted talks.

The world doesn’t need your performance. It needs your truth.

And I know that sounds simple. But getting there requires moving through the thing most high achievers spend their whole lives avoiding.

The in-between.

The season where the old ways have stopped working and the new ones haven’t arrived yet. Where every system, framework, and goal you’ve relied on has reached its limit. Where the only thing left is to stop paddling and trust.

That is what The Lazy River was built for.
Built from my lived experiences and what I wish I knew moving through career pivots, setting boundaries, and returning home.

It’s a free private podcast for the leader who knows something has to shift but doesn’t yet have language for what. For the one who has been performing her truth instead of living it. For the one who is done leading from conditioning and ready to build from something real.

Because your dharma — your rooted, between-identities truth — is a contribution. Leadership is not built by people who mastered the old system. It is built by the ones brave enough to shed it.

The Lazy River is where that shedding begins.

10 episodes. Free. Private. Self-paced. Hosted alongside THE HEARTH — a free community space we are lighting together on May 20th.

i see you sitting in that room.

you know exactly what needs to be said. you can see the cycle everyone else is in. you’ve been watching it for so long you could map it in your sleep.

and you stay quiet. because the room wasn’t built for your voice. or because last time you spoke, no one was ready to hear it. or because something in you is still deciding if it’s safe.

here’s what i know: the silence isn’t because you don’t have something to say. it’s because you have more to say than anyone in that room can hold right now.

so when you’re ready — and you will be — go on and say it. the ones who are meant to hear it will find their way to you.
that’s not arrogance. that’s knowing your power.

there is something so sacred about the ones who know they’re meant for more — but haven’t moved yet.

people will call that procrastination. i call it preparation.

because the in-between — the space between knowing and going — is where self-trust is actually built. not in the doing. in the waiting with yourself long enough to hear what’s real.

and once you trust yourself? truly trust yourself?

there is no going back. the version of you who needed external permission stops running the show. and the version of you who always knew — she takes over.

if you’re in the waiting right now: you’re not behind. you’re exactly where the work is.
