Hamilton Police are investigating an overnight smash-and-grab robbery at Gold Forever Jewellery on Hamilton Mountain.

According to CHCH News, surveillance video from shortly after 3 a.m. on August 5, 2026, shows suspects attempting to enter the Mohawk Road East business before a vehicle was driven through the storefront.

At least six masked suspects can then be seen entering the unoccupied store, smashing display cases and taking jewelry. The business sustained extensive damage.

As of August 6, Hamilton Police said no arrests had been made. Investigators were continuing to review CCTV footage as part of the ongoing investigation.

🚨 Driver Charged After 12-Year-Old Seriously Injured While Riding E-Bike

Police in Milford, Connecticut, say a 12-year-old boy suffered life-threatening injuries after being struck by an SUV while riding an electric bicycle on August 2.
