Job Overview
We seek a Senior Executive – Digital Marketing to develop and execute strategies, manage digital campaigns, and ensure seamless collaboration. This remote role offers flexibility, though our team primarily works from noon to night. The ideal candidate has remote work experience, strong ex*****on skills, and the ability to manage multiple marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

📌 Digital Marketing Strategy & Ex*****on:
- Execute & optimize Google Ads & Facebook Ads for lead generation.
- Oversee SEO (keyword research, on-page & off-page optimization).
- Manage email marketing campaigns, automation & segmentation.
- Support content marketing, ensuring high-quality & conversion-driven content.
- Optimize websites, landing pages & marketing assets for UX & conversions.

📌 Project & Team Management:
- Use Asana, ClickUp, Monday to track & manage projects.
- Collaborate with designers, developers & content teams.
- Assign & monitor tasks, ensuring deadlines & goals are met.
- Streamline workflows for better efficiency & productivity.

📌 Reporting & Performance Analysis:
- Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance & generate reports.
- Identify trends & optimize marketing ROI.
- Ensure effective budget allocation for campaigns.

📌 Marketing Tech & Tools:
- Work with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, WordPress, Shopify, Canva & Figma.
- Manage website content on WordPress as needed.
- Utilize marketing automation tools for efficiency.

Requirements & Preferred Skills
✅ 2+ years in digital marketing, project management, or a related role.
✅ Experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO & email marketing.
✅ Proficiency in WordPress, Shopify & Canva (Figma a plus).
✅ Strong communication & collaboration skills for remote teamwork.
✅ Flexible with work hours (team operates from noon to night).
✅ Ability to work independently & execute marketing strategies.

Education & Compensation
🎓 Degree not mandatory—skills & experience matter more.
💰 Salary: BDT 30,000 - 35,000 (based on experience).
⏳ Probation: 4 months before confirmation.
