Marketing strategy is the "what to do" statement to achieve the business goal. And all the "how to do it" are tactics.
For social media marketing, 'post three times a day', 'comment under your industry leader' - these suggestions are quick tips to get around the platform. None 👏 of 👏 these 👏 is 👏 strategy

Ehm...the thing is, you just can't randomly throw a strategy out in the universe. It depends on a lot of things I.e. the type of the business, the stage of the business life cycle your business is on, available resources, market opportunities and obstacles etc.
