I have been a loyal customer using the service with a 100GB storage plan, which is now full. Not big deal , I can easily export the storage to my external , should be easy without individually going through the process ?Unfortunately, despite trying to resolve this issue and asking for assistance to export my storage to an external device, I have been repeatedly denied live support.

However, if i opt to purchase storage , there is a live agent available ? I was promptly offered the option to purchase more storage, which feels incredibly frustrating and disheartening. It seems that while there is an option to spend more money, the support for resolving technical issues or finding alternative how does one request immediate assistance in exporting my storage to an external drive so that I can continue using your service without further issues.

It's concerning that your support team is unreachable unless it's about purchasing more storage, this is a stranglehold to purchase more storage no ?

In my humble opinion stretching a hypothetical scenario , but reality in the choice , if or when we do get to sit down and chew the fat with what ever alien life form gets here and they decide to let us live and hear out our bulls*&7t before they put us to work or what ever the case ,

when they give us a short time to brief them on what went down around the planet” and whats popping with homosapians?

when we get to the part all excited where we get to telling them “about music”like real music , like hey this is our best foot forward representatives of the craft , , and they say something along the lines of well lets fkn hear it (in alien voice) , give us a couple examples,

I propose or hope prior to that we can walk away , think it over really well ,get dialog amongst ourselves, come to some kind of agreement , (baring in mind its big picks, the reps of the blodclooott ting) then we go back to our new found rulers and present them
“the music package” .

I am going to step forward and propose to induct this is in” the holy grail crate” to represent that dam thing , just sayin

Oh while were here what do you think should be in that “holy grail crate” ,? drop a link for the aliens in what you propose to induct that you see fit to represent for our lil green friends to explain music?
