Back to school is upon us. This is one time of the year I dread thinking about buying school items. As the new school year begins. I am shopping for a new lunch box, shoes, and clothes. What are your back to school items on your list and where do you plan on purchasing them from. The first one my list is lunch box with a compartment. So which is better to buy for 4th graders??? lunch box with thermos and compartments or thermos and plates with compartments?????

The Seed That Refused to Give Up
In a quiet village, there was a tiny seed buried deep beneath the ground. Every day it heard the birds singing above, but all it could see was darkness.
The seed wondered, "Why am I stuck here while everyone else enjoys the sunshine?"
Days turned into weeks. Heavy rain soaked the soil. Strong winds shook the earth. The seed felt crushed and forgotten.
Many times it wanted to give up.
But instead of surrendering, it kept growing—little by little, where no one could see.
One morning, the seed finally broke through the surface. It felt the warmth of the sun for the first time. It wasn't a mighty tree yet—just a small green sprout.
People walked past without noticing it.
Still, the sprout kept growing.
Years later, it became the tallest tree in the village. Travelers rested in its shade. Birds built their nests in its branches. Children played beneath it, and people admired its strength.
No one realized that the strongest tree had once spent its hardest days buried in darkness.
Life Lessons
Your current struggle is preparing you for a greater purpose.
Growth often happens in places where nobody can see your effort.
Don't compare your beginning to someone else's middle.
Every setback can become a stepping stone if you refuse to quit.
Patience, faith, and consistency will take you farther than talent alone.
The season you're in today is not the story of your life.
Remember: Just because your life feels buried doesn't mean it's over. Sometimes God plants us before He allows us to bloom. Keep believing, keep learning, and keep moving forward. Your breakthrough may be closer than you think.
