my love letter to stir frying 😮‍💨

Heres how you can stir fry anything:
- thinly slice and velvet meat of your choice (chicken, beef, pork, etc)
- i like to use soy, dark soy, baking soda, sugar, msg, shaoxing cooking wine, and a bit of corn starch and water
- make a sauce ^ pretty much the same ingredients as the marinade from above minus baking soda and more water
- stir fry your meat til browned and take it out
- then put in chopped veggies to stir fry for a quick second
- i like using peppers, onions and things that are easy to chop
- put the meat back in, pour in some sauce
- stir fry
- enjoy
