I’m a holistic nutritionist, product innovator, mom to a wild 2yo boy and fiercely dedicated to improving our food system.

I believe we all deserve the purest, safest and most nourishing food every time we eat.

Sure, we know a donut won’t be that but, sadly there are too many healthwashed products that continue to confuse and obfuscate any health knowledge we may seek.

There is far too much needless suffering and profit being had by the current players upholding the system as it is.

We deserve better and can have better.

Organic food. Is it better (and is it worth the price)?

we are doubling down on our commitment to organic agriculture. Why? Because it is just the logical choice!

organics are healthier and better for you, the planet and the farmers that grow our food. They are naturally void of GMO's, not sprayed with synthetic fertilizers or pesticides, and organic agriculture focuses on the health of the soil. Without healthy microbes in the soil, minerals and nutrients will be missing from our food 🚫

We acknowledge that not everyone can afford organics but, for those who can, you are getting more bang for your buck regarding nutrition, chemical use, and environmental impacts 🌳
