Need a louder master in FabFilter Pro-L 2?

For max loudness with minimal distortion, dial in a very fast Release time and choose an Attack time that lets your signal's transients pass through the initial limiting stage. This maximizes level while retaining punch!

(Fun fact: theoretically, a long Attack/no Lookahead gives the loudest result, but you'll have to fight a lot of distortion. It's a balancing act!)
