hot honey oven ribs ✨ bc rn we all need indoor recipes tha make us feel like we’re on vacation / it’s summer / it’s grill season

ingredients:
miami style short ribs, for marinade: 1/4 cup hot honey, 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar, 4 cloves of garlic (minced), 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, and for garnish: peanuts (crushed) and fresh parsley

method
1. bring rib to room temp and add to a freezer bag
2. add marinade ingredients directly to the freezer bag, close bag and shake it around to marinate the meat and mix everything together.
3. Set oven to broil and arrange ribs on a metal rack on a sheet pan. Broil for 5-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of your ribs.
4. Garnish with a sprinkle of peanuts (they’ll stick easy, thanks to the hot honey!) and parsley
