I had a great time this past weekend –

· singing at Liane Fainsinger’s Jam at La Vegan (next Jam 2:30 pm Oct 4th) and with Dinny & The Allstars at Queen Victoria Pub (next gig 5 pm Sept 20th)

· attending the brilliant debut performance of the all-female 17 member Pannonica Jazz Orchestra at The Rex – OMG! stellar arrangements; what a fab band!

· catching a few of the T.U. Jazz Fest’s concerts at Mel Lastman Square – kudos to David Lee, Ian Terry and all of the volunteers who made this happen!

Melissa Miller’s Blasted Mugshot

Melissa Miller was detained from having too much fun. She also leads a band called Circle the Cityy

Weapon of Chioce- My voice is definitely my weapon and maybe a Katana.

Other Accomplices- I am in another band called B**r store money down in Sarnia. Today I am with my band- Circle the cityy. I have a very full life of music.

Criminal Record- Circle in the city has a number of songs that are new that are on Spoitfy and You Tube. We are looking to put together a new album by wintertime.

Where are your crime scenes? Well, I guess Gussapolooza would be it.

What is your criminal style- I am heavily influenced by Whitney Houston. I grew up on a lot of power ballads. I just try to have my own spin on things, more or less.

What frustrates you about the music scene? I think it is post-covid. People just don’t come out like they used to.

How long have you been behind bars? Professionally 7 years. But I have always wanted to this since I was 4 years old.

What other criminals would you like to share a jail with? Code of Conflict, The Filthy Radicals, The Matlockes are great.
