Ingredients:
1 cup of protein soy milk
2 dates
4 walnuts
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp almond butter
1 scoop of chocolate or vanilla protein powder
1 collagen powder
1 tsp of chia seeds (expanded them in 1 shot of espresso)
1 frozen banana
Ice
