If you’ve ever opened ChatGPT/Claude and thought…

“What am I even supposed to ask it?”

You’re not alone.

You don’t struggle because you lack ideas.
You struggle because you don’t have a strategy.

And without one, every post feels like starting from zero.

This prompt changes that.

Instead of asking AI to write random captions, you’ll use it to build the foundation of your entire content from your brand message and ideal audience to your content pillars and months of ideas that actually align with your goals.

This is the kind of prompt you’ll come back to every time you need clarity.

Save it now. Future you will thank you.

The mindset shift that changed everything for me:

I used to think consistency meant showing up every single day.

If I missed a day, I felt like I had failed.

If I couldn’t follow the perfect content plan, I would stop completely and tell myself I’d “start again next week.”

But motherhood taught me something different.

Some days are productive.
Some days are survival mode.

Some days you can batch content.
Some days you’re lucky if you finish your tea while it’s still warm.

Consistency isn’t perfection.

It’s returning.

It’s creating when you can.
It’s posting the imperfect reel.
It’s showing up after a week of silence instead of disappearing for months because you feel guilty.

The moms who grow aren’t the ones who never miss a day.

They’re the ones who keep coming back.

If you’re building a business, creating content, or chasing a dream while raising little humans, give yourself permission to do it imperfectly.

Progress is built by imperfect action repeated over time.

Save this for the days you feel like you’re “not consistent enough.” 🤍

I realised this later in life: my deen is not just one part of my identity it shapes every part of who I am.

For the longest time, I thought being “religious” only meant doing acts of worship or good deeds. But over time, I realised deen is also in the way I live my everyday life, the way I think, work, speak, rest, treat people, and carry myself.

When I started putting Allah at the centre of everything, even the small everyday things started making more sense. Life felt more intentional. More grounded. More peaceful.

And honestly, it completely changed the way I see myself and the world around me.

Does anyone else relate to this feeling? ♡

Here is the truth.

I really like planning and front-loading things as much as I can, because when I finally get a small pocket of time during naps, I don’t want to spend it thinking about what to post or where to start. I just want to open my phone and create.

And honestly, this mindset has helped me stay more consistent than I ever expected in this season of life.

Even during my first 3 months postpartum while barely sleeping, constantly needed, and adjusting to life with 2 kids I was still showing up online almost every day.

A version of me from a year ago would’ve probably thought that was impossible.

And lately I’ve been realizing that maybe a lot of us are waiting for the “perfect time” to start showing up again.
The perfect energy.
The perfect routine.
The perfect quiet moment.

But for seasons like motherhood, maybe that perfect time never really comes.

So instead of trying to force my life to look like everyone else’s productivity advice online, I’ve been learning how to build systems around the life I actually have right now.

And somehow, that has helped me stay consistent for 8 weeks straight without burning myself out.

If you’re also in a season where most online advice doesn’t fit your reality, follow . I share simple content systems for moms and quiet creators who don’t have endless time, but still want to create meaningful things online.

Here’s the truth (and breathe with me for a sec):
You don’t need to create content every day to show up online.

Let me break it down real simple 👇

If you work a 9–5, this is your move:

🕒 Pick ONE day a week
That’s it. Start with once a week.

📸 Block 3 hours
Not scrolling. Not planning forever. Just shooting.

🎬 Shoot in batches
– Talk for 5 minutes on ONE topic
– Film B-roll while you’re already dressed
– Record multiple hooks back-to-back

🧠 One long video = 10 pieces of content
That same 5-minute video can become:
– 3 reels with different hooks
– 2 POV-style videos
– 2 educational clips
– 1 carousel idea
– 2 story talks

♻️ Reuse. Repeat. Rinse.
Post the same clip again with a new hook.
Most people didn’t see it the first time anyway.

You don’t need motivation.
You need a system.

And systems look like this 👇
• Shoot once
• Edit once
• Post all week

Start small.
Once a week → then twice a week.
Consistency grows when the pressure goes down.

Save this if your 9–5 has been holding you back.
You’re not behind. You just need a better plan 🤍

Your content is not boring.
Your B-roll just is.

Most creators think B-roll means aesthetic cafes, clean homes, expensive cameras, or a perfectly curated life.

It doesn’t.

B-roll is simply visual storytelling.
It is the thing that makes people FEEL your content instead of just hearing it.

And the reason some creators feel more “professional” or more “cinematic” is not because their life is more interesting.

They just know how to capture moments with intention.

Here is what to film instead of random clips:

→ your hands making coffee
→ opening your laptop
→ writing messy notes
→ cleaning your desk
→ walking to another room
→ your child playing nearby
→ cooking dinner
→ replying to messages
→ setting up your workspace
→ quiet moments in your day

That is the content.

People connect to familiarity more than perfection.

And if you think:
“My house is messy.
“My life is too boring.
“I don’t have aesthetic spaces.

Good.

Because relatable content performs better than overly curated content most of the time.

The key is HOW you shoot it:

• use natural window light whenever possible
• keep clips between 3–7 seconds
• move slowly while filming
• shoot from multiple angles wife, medium and closeup
• zoom in on details
• prioritize movement over perfection
• focus on moments, not aesthetics

The best B-roll tells a story without words.

That is what keeps people watching.

Use prompt: Act as a top 1% storytelling director and give me 15 broll shots that resonates with my story and compliments my content pillars. My audience is _______ and i my content pillars are ______. These brolls shots needs to be evergreen so i can use them in different context. Output it in the form of table with broll shots in one column and category/pillar in other. Also include the prep list of items i need to prepare beforehand.

Comment “BROLL” and I’ll send you my list of everyday B-roll shots you can start filming today
