🌞 The insert in the latest issue of Treasures of Malta is a reproduction of a poster designed by the prominent 20th century artist Emvin Cremona.

Together with Frank Portelli and Antoine Camilleri, the artists each interpreted the topic of Malta's rich cultural heritage for the Malta Government Tourism Bureau in the 1950s.

Happy father’s day to this man, Salvu Scerri’s son, and my father - graphic designer, illustrator, artist, craftsman, Joseph Scerri. Here he is, in his (pre-digital) studio space at one of Canada’s finest design firms, Rous Mann & Brigdens, in Toronto. Scerri spent four award-winning years (1983-87) working in this studio, specialising in corporate design, after migrating to Canada with his young family in 1982.
