Be honest, if your kids asked what you wanted for Mother’s Day, what would you say?

Mine is…sleep in, good food, relax, have fun with the family, and a little break from the mental load.

We checked a lot of that off a little early with a staycation at , such a stylish and vibrant hotel right in the middle of the city.

If you’re planning a stay here, I’d definitely look into their Stay & Savour package. It includes your room, plus a $100–$150 on-property dining credit.

You can use it at by Michelin-starred chef Akira Back. It has beautiful rooftop views and serves Nikkei cuisine (Japanese + Peruvian). Everything we had there was SO good!

And because it’s centrally located, we got to just walk around, see the cherry blossoms, and go to the Royal Ontario Museum, which our kids always love.

Our staycation here just felt like one of those days that felt so complete.
