Yesterday I tore my pec benching so here’s the video of that set. I had 375lbs on the bar (a weight I’ve been doing for months) which was actually flying until the third rep when the tear occurred. I felt three pops in between my shoulder and pec and immediately bailed on the weight. If you watch the first rep there’s some wobbling going on with my elbow which might have been the cause of it but it seems to me that it was just its time to go. Injuries happen, it’s part of the sport and part of the game. As much as I hate them I really couldn’t care because I’m just going to come back stronger. Maybe this was a good thing and something that needed to happen for me to focus on other things in the meantime. Either way I will be documenting the journey of this recovery and won’t stop until the milkers are up and running again. I’m going to take a couple days to rest and evaluate the damage but my plan is to go and hammer my limbs once I get a diagnoses. I’ll keep you posted 🙏
