Spectral Searches is dedicated to investigations of the paranormal in an effort to find evidence of ghost, spirits, and indications of life after death. As the founder of Spectral Searches I do not believe in ghosts or life after death. To think that this is our only chance to experience existence is stressful, tiresome, and scary. To find evidence of life after death would be to alleviate those s

tresses and concerns. A true demonstration of life after death would open the possibility of reuniting with lost loved ones, it would provide a possibility of a higher purpose of existence. in Biology with a Minor in chemistry, a thesis focused on biofuel, an MSc. in Applied Biosciences focused on Parasitology through Electrophysiology and Molecular biology, and more than 10 years of laboratory experience, as well as a certificate in Ghost Hunting and Paranormal Investigations from The Paranormal Academy, and pending membership with the International Alliance of Paranormal Investigators, Spectral Searches brings a unique perspective to the table. Utilizing scientific and spiritual processes to ghost hunting and the paranormal, I look to discover more concrete evidence, to search for ghosts, spirits and ghouls, and to investigate thought-to-be haunted places through searching the spectral planes.

Since launching this page, I’ve kept a pretty consistent cycle—starting with an investigation video, followed by a post-investigation discussion, and then an equipment-focused video. This month is scheduled for an equipment video, but I’m a bit stuck on what to cover next.

Friday the 13th is often seen as unlucky due to a mix of ancient superstitions. The number 13 has long been considered bad luck — from Biblical texts to Loki crashing a Norse feast as the 13th god. Fridays also have a dark reputation and various bad omens in folklore. This all combined into Friday the 13th, a superstition popularized in the 20th century — and cemented by horror movies ever since.

Easter is a celebration that encompasses many traditions, rooted in the universal human longing for renewal, rebirth, and light after darkness.

In Christianity, it marks the resurrection of Jesus—a triumph of life over death and hope over despair. This sacred event aligns with Jewish Passover, a festival of liberation and new beginnings, connecting spiritual renewal to historical deliverance. Long before these faiths, pagan spring festivals honored the Earth’s awakening, using symbols like eggs and rabbits to embody fertility, growth, and the return of life after the barren winter.

Together, these traditions reflect a shared spiritual rhythm: a deep, timeless desire to emerge from shadow into light, to be made new again.
