rtunities and possibilities that I want to share with all world. My career as a cake designer was something accidental and unexpected. Before attending BGC, I worked as a dental administrator and had never considered working with cakes or sweets. One day I was involved in the celebration of the fifteen years of my daughter who of course included the search for the perfect cake. During my search for the cake I discovered a wonderful world where any idea can be shaped into a delicious cake. I discovered that it is impossible to stop exploring the infinite possibilities of the edible arts and transform myself into a cake designer and not just a decorator. All these combined lessons have led me to success as a cake designer today. Cookies, cupcakes, macaroons, cake pops, desserts and structured cakes made into great figures are just the beginning of a magical world where I give free rein to the imagination
