🚨 A man accused of murdering his own parents has been caught on a residential doorbell security camera as police continue an intensive search across the Greater Toronto Area.

Authorities have confirmed that the man seen in the footage is 46-year-old Jordan Sangwin, who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for the first-degree murders of his parents, 70-year-old Carol Sangwin and 71-year-old Garwood Sangwin.

According to investigators, the doorbell camera recorded Sangwin at 3:06 p.m. on Friday running through a neighbourhood near Yachters Lane and Lake Shore Road West in south Etobicoke. He was wearing a grey hoodie, dark shorts, and carrying a black duffel bag.

Just three minutes later, a police officer was captured on the same camera walking through the area while radioing in the sighting. At 3:11 p.m., two additional armed officers were seen searching nearby, with one officer saying:
“He could have jumped through, he could have gone through a yard.”

Police believe Sangwin has been on the run since June 18, when his parents were allegedly found murdered inside their home near Lakeshore Road East and Hurontario Street in Mississauga.

Investigators also released two new images of Sangwin taken on June 21, but have not disclosed where the photos were captured, saying the information is being withheld to protect the ongoing investigation.

Authorities warn that Sangwin is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees him is urged not to approach him and to call 911 immediately.

Peel Regional Police and Toronto Police continue their coordinated search, while residents are being asked to remain alert and report any suspicious activity.

The investigation remains active as officers work to locate the suspect and bring him into custody.
