With a career spanning over 25 years Matt Smallwood got his start in sales & marketing at Page Music Distribution (Caroline/EMI Canada). Nine years later, and built on many years working with Canadian artists both at home and abroad, Matt was leading the daily operations of MapleMusic Recordings and Fontana North Distribution as General Manager. Matt’s fiercely independent background in sales, mar

keting, acquisitions, promotion, management, music publishing and licensing puts him at the forefront of the label services business. Matt has been involved in the careers of many significant artists like Radiohead, Silversun Pickups, Alabama Shakes, Daniel Lanois, Death From Above 1979, and more.

Tonight, the last Unplugged North event of the year happens down at the Cameron House, with a stellar lineup that’s not to be missed!

Last night, the Etobicoke Jazz Festival wrapped for another year, and celebrated its 10th Anniversary, we look back at two great nights of music performed at a new venue for the fest, the Old Mill.

Flying Colours is grateful to be involved with both events in both marketing and advisory roles. We’re part of two incredible teams who make the magic happen and revel in these unique live events.
