30 lessons at 30.

This week I turned the big 3-0 and have nothing but gratitude for the decade ahead. I’ve been thinking a lot about how afraid we are, as millennials, to age—and how broken that is. Aging is such a gift.

I’m genuinely excited to turn 30. My 20s taught me so much, and now I get to apply what I’ve learned, while continuing to evolve. There’s such an emptiness in obsessing over preserving age. We fear what we can’t control, and in doing so, we disconnect from the present moment.

Here are my lessons at 30—thank you for being on this journey with me and would LOVE if you could share some lessons so I can start my 30’s off right.

How the All Blacks Became the World’s Most Studied Sports Brand.

Sounds like an odd combination, but the All Blacks are seen as one of the greatest sports teams in the world—which makes no sense based on the size of New Zealand. In fact, the All Blacks weren’t always a great team (they were actually mediocre at best) BUT their focus on improving their culture and brand is what transformed an okay team into an organization that top brands and businesses study all over the world.
