•first illustration of 2023 💫 The idea for this piece came to me and evolved so naturally. She was meant to be here 🤍 what symbolisms do you see here? I want to talk more about her.. but I’m just curious if any one noted anything 💫 or am I delusional

It honestly felt so weird to be finishing this series while not living in Toronto anymore 👀 Who would’ve thought! 🪐 I didn’t mean to put off this last one till the last day of the year 😮‍💨 but as you may know.. life got kinda crazy. But I couldn’t just leave it as it was. I always knew that this will be a diverse series. And I always knew I’ll have a guy in one of them.. but I just couldn’t get the idea for it quite right.. what’s the vibe should be? The pose? what should the bubble say?
also..Since so much time passed since the last cn illustration.. & cuz I already got sooo much very diverse feed back on the series.. I started constantly doubting myself and the idea.. judging if I’m being “too much”.. LIKE SINCE WHEN LOL but anyway. With time the idea came together.. But each step took me forever to complete. Finding reference images and building the idea.. took months (I’m not kidding). Then I took multiple (weeks long) breaks while drawing it. But it still was important for me to finish it before the end of the year, no excuses.
I’m still debating if I want to do the ‘unofficial final’ one, self portrait explaining the inspiration behind it.. or i might just leave it at that and let everyone think what they feel like.
What do you guys think?? Inspiration reveal or keep it open for interpretation?

& I hope you like this one as much as the previous ones. Cuz if you didn’t get it yet.. we all love f**kn’ Toronto 😈 let me know if you were waiting for this one ❤️‍🔥

👏🏽 A L W A Y S 👏🏽

Last night’s practice. Finished her in 2,5 hours. The goal was to not go into too many details but still make it juicy 💦 normally it takes me 9-12 hours to draw an illustration, so this is definitely a win. Gonna go clap for myself lol 💖 thoughts?

NEW ILLUSTRATION, MAY 2021
if I was ever asked to choose between music and visual arts, even though, I am an illustrator myself I’d pick the music in a heartbeat. I can only imagine what kinda magical place do people who create music go to while they do.. but this is my take on it 🦋✨
