One bite into Bread Chubby and we understood the hype instantly 🍞🔥

From blueberry sourdough scones to jalapeño cheddar loaves loaded with flavour, Jonathan is creating some of the craziest sourdough creations we’ve had in a long time. And somehow it all started as a COVID hobby.

Now he’s supplying 19 stores and built a bread destination right here in Whitby. Safe to say… this one earned the Foodie Bros Gold Seal of Approval 🏆

From the jerk smoking out back to the vibes inside, Allspice Jerk Smokehouse brought the full family BBQ energy. The jerk chicken, oxtail, fried chicken and BBQ jerk were all crazy good… and yes, we already know we’ll be back.

Durham, this might be your new go-to spot 👀

We’ve probably passed Chubby’s a million times, but today Mark was adamant we finally had to check it out… and safe to say he was right.

53 years later and Chubby’s is still proving why they’re one of Scarborough’s go-to spots for subs. Massive portions, homemade soups, in-house meats, affordable prices, and that old school nostalgia you can’t fake.

Sometimes the staples don’t need hype… the food speaks for itself.

No jaws were harmed… but Brady Bites really tested the limits.

What started as a late-night pregnancy craving turned into one of the most unique snacks we’ve had in a minute. Grapes, pineapples, clementines and more — all wrapped in that glass-like candy crunch unlike anything we’ve had before.

We even got to make our own… and let’s just say Stephanie made it look way easier than it is 😂

From a homegrown idea to being featured in 10+ stores across Durham & the GTA, this is one of those stories you have to respect.

It’s not every day you get invited behind the scenes of real Texas BBQ… but when you do, you don’t say no. 🔥

Beach Hill Smokehouse is doing it the right way — low, slow, and packed with flavour. From fall-off-the-bone chicken to ribs that don’t want to leave your hand, pork belly that might be the star of the show, and brisket that deserves way more respect… yeah, we ate GOOD.

Shoutout to Darien, pitmaster Jaden, and the whole team for holding it down and bringing real BBQ culture to the city.

We joined our friends at Johnny’s Shawarma as they catered the Double Trouble Boxing Match hosted by Gideon Boxing Academy in Scarborough. Fighters throwing punches in the ring while Johnny and the team were throwing down shawarmas outside.
