He is 41. There was never going to be a next time.

Cristiano Ronaldo played a World Cup knockout match in the 6ix. Thirty minutes from my apartment. I did not have a ticket, I had 1,500 dollars and one afternoon to find somebody willing to sell.

Mid wedding shoot. First location wrapped, next one across downtown, and I'm just sitting there waiting on the next move.

Phone dies. Normal. So I do what I always do and hook it to the power bank I carry to every single shoot.

Then it gives me this. Two little phones on a black screen. That's it.

iPhone 17 Pro Max. No backup phone on me. A venue to get to, and now no maps, no numbers, nothing.

I sold my MacBook on Facebook Marketplace. The buyer rushed me so hard I cut my gym session short. He handed me $1,800 cash, dashed off, and when I checked, every single bill had the same serial number. All fake.

I'm not looking back at what I lost. I went through it so you don't have to. Check every bill before you hand anything over, especially on Marketplace.

Samsung finally made a Fold shaped like a passport 🛂📱

Every Fold before this was tall and skinny. This one is wide, and when you open it up it stops looking like a big phone and starts looking like a small TV you carry around.

For someone who lives on planes, that changes everything. I can't wait to get my hands on this one.

I've literally just been burned out.

Making content every day started feeling like my whole life, until it was taking too much from me. So I stepped back, pivoted, and let my mind refresh. To everyone who reached out asking where I've been, this is me clearing the air.

Here's the one thing this burnout season taught me: the only reason you don't succeed at something is because you give up. Not the camera, not the lighting, not the setup. Giving up.

If it takes 4 years, or 10, I don't care. As long as I don't stop.

Burnout is normal. Treat it as a learning curve, not the end.
