JAMAICA WINS GOLD in the 4-Man Bobsled at the North America Cup in Whistler!

Shane Pitter (26, Spanish Town) drove the Jamaican 4-man bobsled to a groundbreaking gold medal at the North America Cup in Whistler, Canada.

Pitter, alongside brakemen Junior Harris, Andrae Dacres, and Tyquendo Tracey, recorded an electrifying 4.91-second start to secure the victory. He is now the first Jamaican pilot ever to steer a 4-man sled to gold at this competition level.

This victory banks crucial points as Pitter aims for the 2026 Winter Olympic Games in Milano-Cortina. The journey continues! 🇯🇲
