Your next espresso machine should help you improve, not just look better on your counter. ☕️

I’d look for grinding and brewing by weight, scheduled heat-up, and stable brew temperature. Dual boilers and powerful steam are a big plus, too.

That’s what I enjoy about my Meraki. Less guesswork, more room to learn, and easier mornings without losing the fun of making coffee.

The Cosori Juni is out today! ☕️

From one cup to a batch, Juni handles the bloom, temperature, and spiral pour. You still get to watch, smell, and enjoy the whole process.

Your taste feedback in the VeSync app helps tailor future brews to you, too.

Would you try automated pour-over, or do you love pouring by hand? 👇

Check it out through the link in my bio.

One year later, my favourite thing about Meraki isn’t convenience. It’s consistency. ☕️

Keeping my dose and shot size steady means I can change the grind and actually learn from the result. Less guessing about what changed, more time getting better at making coffee.

It handles the repeatable parts, but leaves the craft to me. And that’s why I still love it.

What’s one feature you’d never give up on your espresso machine? 👇

Fix your Espresso without changing your setup!

If your shot runs too fast and tastes sour and thin, try grinding finer. Can’t adjust the grind? Slightly more coffee can help slow the flow.

If it barely drips and tastes harsh and bitter, try grinding coarser. Use slightly less coffee if your grind is fixed.

Change one thing at a time, and stay within your basket’s dose range. When changing the grind, keep your coffee amount and finished shot size steady. A scale helps!

And remember, passing 35 seconds doesn’t automatically mean over-extraction. Let taste guide you, not just the timer.

Save this for your next shot! Are you struggling with sour or bitter espresso? 👇

Persian Fog 🍵🌹

A Persian twist on Tokyo Fog.

Rose tea brings the floral aroma, while the thick matcha cloud adds that earthy, creamy finish.

Recipe:

🌹 Rose Tea
• 1 tea bag or 1 tsp loose tea
• 4 rosebuds
• 6 oz hot water

🍵 Matcha Cloud
• 3 tbsp whipping cream
• 1 tbsp milk
• 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
• 3 g matcha

Steep, whisk, pour, and enjoy.

Would you drink this? Comment “ROSE” if you want more Persian-inspired matcha recipes. 🌹

The weirdest coffee trend I’ve tried lately... and somehow I hate that I liked it. 😂☕️⚡️

Apparently, Monster + coffee is pretty common in South Korea, so I had to test a few.

My ranking:

1. Peachy Keen
2. Ultra White
3. Wild Passion
4. Blue Hawaiian

Now tell me, which one would you try first? And which ranking do you completely disagree with? 😂

The Creamiest Summer/Fall Iced Latte! The perfect coffee for when your brain says fall, but the weather still says iced latte.

Banana milk, espresso, and a thick maple chocolate cream on top. Sweet, creamy, cozy, and still refreshing.

But I need your help: what would you call this if you saw it on a café menu?

For the Latte:
• 1 ripe banana
• 4 oz (120 ml) milk
• Pinch of cinnamon
• 1 double shot of espresso

For the Maple Chocolate Cream:
• 2 tbsp (30 g) whipping cream
• 1 tbsp (15 g) banana milk
• 1 tbsp (10 g) cacao powder
• ⅔ tbsp (10 g) maple syrup

Tarik Skubal’s favorite espresso machine? 👀☕️

After a little digging, I’m pretty sure it’s the Casabrews Ultra.

And yes, it’s actually a great machine, especially for around $200. 😂

We measure every gram of coffee, every second, every drop… then guess the milk temperature. 😅

Milk temperature changes both sweetness and texture, so consistency shouldn’t stop at the espresso.

Use the built-in probe if your machine has one, like the Meraki, or grab a simple $5 thermometer.

Better milk, better latte, every time. ☕️
