Tokyo Iced Latte, a smaller, creamier iced latte with a naturally sweet, silky texture and no added sugar.

Recipe: Tokyo Iced Latte

Ingredients:

* 1 big ice cube
* 3 oz milk, about 90g
* 1 oz half-and-half, about 30g
* 1 ristretto shot, 18g in, 24-25g out

Method:
Add one big ice cube to your glass. Pour in the milk and half-and-half. Pull a ristretto and let it cool for a moment. Slowly pour it over a spoon so the coffee sits on top of the creamy milk. Mix, sip, and enjoy.

These were my two most popular iced coffees at The Coffee Party. Some people even came back for a second one before finishing their first, which I honestly did not expect. The trick was in how I built them: syrup in the cold water, and syrup again in the espresso. That way, the flavour was not just sitting at the bottom. You could taste it in every single sip.

Vanilla Iced Coffee Cold Foam

* Ice
* 3 oz, 90 ml, cold water
* 1 tbsp vanilla bean syrup
* Double shot of espresso
* 1 tsp vanilla bean syrup mixed into the espresso

Vanilla Bean Cold Foam

* 2 tbsp whipping cream
* 1 tbsp milk
* 1 tsp vanilla bean syrup

Strawberry Iced Coffee Cold Foam

* Ice
* 3 oz, 90 ml, cold water
* 1 tbsp strawberry syrup
* Double shot of espresso
* 1 tsp strawberry syrup mixed into the espresso

Strawberry Cold Foam

* 2 tbsp whipping cream
* 1 tbsp milk
* 1 tsp strawberry syrup

These were the two drinks that completely stole the show at The Coffee Party. Some people came back for a second one before they even finished the first. The trick was simple: I added the syrup to both the water and the espresso, so every sip had flavour, not just the last one.

The plan was simple, let Meraki handle the weekdays and step away on weekends.

The plan didn’t survive though. Because when there’s no rush, this whole thing changes. The extraction becomes something worth watching. The milk becomes something worth practicing. The latte art becomes something worth failing at, slowly, until it isn’t.
Same machine. Completely different relationship. Didn’t see that coming.

Crema di caffè might be the easiest coffee dessert you’ll make all summer.

It’s creamy, fluffy, refreshing, and tastes like iced coffee, whipped cream, and soft serve had a baby, but with caffeine.

Recipe:
3 oz / 90 g cold whipping cream
1 tsp / 7.5 ml vanilla syrup
Double shot of espresso
Cacao powder on top

Add everything to a jar, shake until fluffy and thick, then chill for 30 minutes. Finish with cacao powder and enjoy.

Dangerously simple, dangerously delicious.
