Speaking of great albums from the 90s... happy *30th* anniversary to these two iconic albums, both released on the this day in 1994: Nine Inch Nails - The Downward Spiral, and Soundgarden - Superunknown. What an incredible era of music.

I quite often profess my love for the music of the 90s. No other decade comes close to having as many albums that I absolutely love as the 90s does. Here's a list of albums I pulled off of Wikipedia that are turning *30* years old this year. What an unbelievable time for music! From Jeff Buckley to Pantera, TLC to Korn, Nas & Biggie to Bad Religion & The Offspring. And this is just the shortlist: think of all the incredible Canadian artists that were releasing albums in and around 1994, and the plethora of great artists who didn't crack the mainstream to this degree. Incredible.
