Established in 2009, we are a full-service design company specializing in branding, print & package design, motion graphics, website design and video creative direction. WE HAVE A CORE TEAM SUPPORTED BY AN EXTENSIVE (AND INVALUABLE) PARTNERSHIP NETWORK OF DESIGNERS, COPYWRITERS, ANIMATORS, DEVELOPERS, DIGITAL AND LITHO PRINTERS, ILLUSTRATORS AND PHOTOGRAPHERS. .) AND GARNET ARMSTRONG, ARE BOTH GRADUATES FROM THE ONTARIO COLLEGE OF ART & DESIGN (OCADU) WITH 4 YEAR MAJORS IN COMMUNICATION & DESIGN. AND GARNET ARE HANDS-ON WITH EVERY PROJECT THAT RE:FORM UNDERTAKES. BEFORE FOUNDING RE:FORM IN 2002, J.D. BEGAN HIS CAREER WITH REACTOR ART + DESIGN, AND THEN JOINING AMOEBA CORP. AS SENIOR DESIGNER FOR 5 YEARS LEADING PROJECTS FOR SUCH CLIENTS AS NIKE, YTV, MAPLE LEAF SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT, BANK OF MONTREAL, MOLSON CANADA AND THE MOLSON INDY TO NAME A FEW. GARNET WAS HIRED STRAIGHT OUT OF SCHOOL BY UNIVERSAL/POLYGRAM AND SOON BECAME THE CREATIVE DIRECTOR FOR UNIVERSAL MUSIC CANADA. GARNET HAS WORKED WITH THE TRAGICALLY HIP, MATTHEW GOOD, SAM ROBERTS, HEDLEY, PAUL ANKA, JANN ARDEN, ALEXISONFIRE, CITY AND COLOUR AND I MOTHER EARTH. GARNET HAS BEEN NOMINATED FOR 8 JUNO AWARDS AND WAS AWARDED 2 FOR ‘CD DESIGN OF THE YEAR’; TRAGICALLY HIP’S ‘YER FAVOURITES’ AND JANN ARDEN’S ‘LOVE IS THE ONLY SOLDIER’. WE HAVE OVERSEEN THE PRODUCTION AND CREATIVE DIRECTION OF A SERIES OF CORPORATE VIDEO INITIATIVES FOR SAS CANADA, GOLDCORP AND THE HUMPHREY GROUP. WE HAVE ALSO OVERSEEN THE CREATIVE DIRECTION & PRODUCTION OF MANY MUSIC VIDEOS SUCH AS HEDLEY’S ‘CHA-CHING’, ‘PERFECT’, ‘DON’T TALK TO STRANGERS’, ‘INVINCIBLE’, STEVENS PAGE’S ‘INDECISION’, AND BEDOUIN SOUNDCLASH’S ‘MAY YOU BE BE THE ROAD’. RECENTLY WE HAVE WORKED ON VARIOUS PROJECTS, EACH OF DIFFERENT SCOPE AND SIZE, FOR MLSE, DELOITTE, CAPSTONE INFRASTRUCTURE, REAL ESTATE COUNCIL OF ONTARIO, NORTHLAND POWER, UNIVERSAL MUSIC, GUS* MODERN, SKICAN AND SAS CANADA.

For this season’s Skican campaign, we crafted a bold visual direction inspired by retro ski culture and rooted in a distinctly Canadian spirit. Each creative ex*****on features a lively, comic book–style treatment. Layered textures, pops of brand colour, and floating scenery elements bring in the energy of vintage travel posters - reimagined with a modern twist. The end result is a campaign that fuses nostalgia with pop flair, delivering high-impact visuals that are playful, dynamic, and unmistakably Canadian.
